File ransfer/Sharing

I need a developer to create a file transfer / sharing application which will allow users from one machine get files from another machine using permissions, the app should be made using c++ using pure windows sockets, there are some scenarios which need to be dicusssed, the application should be P2P, for example : client <--> client which will allow both users to send files to each other, the user sending the file should have yje option to set permissions on which files should be shared and so forth, now the person sharing should also have the ability to allow many clients to connect to him and get the files... i will try to answer questions in the eving if you have them... with great pleasure, herold. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform if its made in vc++ 6.0 using normal windows API, it should support all versions, i think the only thing i am focused on now is windows 98+.
