Create ATL/WTL Custom Form

I need custom WinForm to be created with ATL/WTL API. The project is not so complicated as it seems. Basically All you need to do is to draw Rectangular bitmap in drawing events of standard controls. The round shapes may fear you, but they're round only visualy. Parts of the code already exist At the first step, coder will have to create custom controls, basically its standard controls with custom graphics. At the second step, needs to create the Form. The form has only controls access functionality. More steps could be added for additional payment. Please open attached Image of the form. The bidder must have experience in C++, Win32 API, ATL/WTL. Only experienced coder will be accepted.
