The project that I am looking to have developed is a tool that scans a list of on-line bookmakers and obtains all of the odds for all of the games from each of the sports betting sites. Using this consolidated data the application will then calculate the best odds for each individual sporting event. This data will then be passed into a rule manager which will calculate a number of simple calculations to determine if arbitrages are available. If it is determined by the rule manager that an arbitrage event has been triggered the event is updated and displayed in the GUI. This is the first part of a potentially much larger project and I would like to locate a potentialy long term relationship with a strong programming group.
