We are setting up a Property Management Company call Z___ and we need a website design. Please bid only if you have professionally designed websites, with web standards in mind, and you are capable of producing mockups Please bid only if you have an existing portfolio of web design of 5+ live websites. You must be an expert for designing and have absolute control over your color, images, tables, layers, bordersand layout. XHTML, CSS experts are required.
