Spider and Parse Data : Create web site and functionality. Fast Coder.

Hi, I need a coder that is proficient in regex so he or she can spider a few popular shopping sites and then parse all the data into my db. The spider will have to index automatically every night. We will spidering about 8-9 large websites. I will then need to create a website, you need not be a designer but preferred that you know enough to create some basic structure then I can have it redesigned, r I can give the design to you to implement. The website will have a front end simple 2-5 pages, with credit card processing and members login. Members back panel will give them the ability to upload their catalaog feed and compare their data againts the data in the database that we spidered and parsed. I will also need an affiliate program built in, but this is standard today. I prefer someone from the USA that I can talk to on the phone. If you are proficient and an expert in doing what i need and have a profile and portfolio to back up exactly that then I would consider you even out of the USA. Please when bidding make sure to send me samples of your work and specifically related to this project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
