Require Business Analyst Partner

We are very young and well educated, trained programmers, designers. So far designed / programmed many websites using php, flash etc. We on regular basis get enquiries related to designing and programming in PHP/ASP/ASPX/JSP projects. We have started aggressive marketing and expecting good amount of enquiries on daily basis. To support us, we are looking for Business Analyst who can help us to bid for the projects through these enquiries. He/She should have significant experience with web based applications and e-commerce related sites. This position requires a unique individual with a mix of previous Developer experience, Project Management experience, and recent proven experience in a Business Analyst role. Principal Accountabilities: 1 Support us by providing business/systems solutions. 2 Perform all necessary designing of RFIs and RFPs 3 Should develop project plans and functional specifications. 4 Suggest improvements in business processes to support the system tools currently in place or under development. 5 Strong communication skills are a must; requires ability to interact with us.
