FineTemplate.com script implementation

Hi i run [login to view URL] and would like to have a TM script installed to a design of mine to make [login to view URL] look better. The design I have is a full flash website which I can refer to you via PM. I also have a script in hand, but I can't figure out how to install it on HTML, let alone flash :s You can use any method as long as it works, be it PHP API anything, i just want this job done spending the least possible amount in order to start promoting the website and start making sales, TM affiliates who have experience in such a project should apply, I would like to see previously done work similar to mine as well!
