I'm looking for a programmer to code a community website from scratch. A good example of something similar is hi5.com. This though will have quite a fewer features at its launch. Maintenance and added featured may be wanted for future co-operation. This website's main characteristics would be full profiling options, picture uploading, video uploading, PM to other users, SEO URLs, premium accounts paid through paypal, a chat room, and a possibly a forum, which could be an GPL forum integrated to this website. Clean code is a must, and the programmer will be in co-operation with me that i will give complete instructions and build the website's design. This will not be an international website but a language-specific one. Programming language is not a concern for me, as long as it is either .NET or PHP. This will run on a Windows 2003 server Thanx
