286434 Cell Ping: find cell location

I am looking for a script that will allow me to ping a cell phone and determine an approximate location via cell tower triangulation. Ideally the latitude and longitude could be placed on a google map. This will be used for legal purposes only. Under the terms of our civil contract with the people we are trying to locate, we are allowed to legally ping cell phones under our power of attorney that the subject has signed.
