ASP.NET XML Guestbook -- Tiny Project!

We require a coder to create a very simple guestbook, using ASP.NET and an XML file. We will provide the site design for you to add the code behind. When visiting the page, the user will be shown all the existing guestbook entries in chronological order... and at the top of the page they will have an option to enter their own entry. The guestbook will take a name, e-mail, location and message. When displaying messages, it will show the name, location and message (e-mail will be kept private). It will NOT allow the user to post more than one message (ie, on postback, the box to enter a new entry disappears). The guestbook will automatically display the last 50 entries and will limit the "message" to 500 characters. You will also be required to include some sort of small admin function (such as an added query string parameter) which enables posts to be deleted over the Web. This is a VERY simple ASP.NET project, however due to time constaints, we aren't able to continue with it. PLEASE PLACE YOUR BIDS. No crazy bids. Winner will be chosed based on experience and price. Thanks for yoru time! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
