64349 WHM Instant Activation Expert

I need a programmer who has got prior experience in programming WHM instant account activation script. I currently already programme a script. But then, it does not work one hundred percent of the time.. Sometimes it just timeout.. or goes into a fatal error, which is unacceptable. I also need someone who is an expert in Paypal IPN. So that accounts can be created isntantly upon accepting payment. The programme is already fully done up. I just need someone to guide along so that I can catch the fatal error bug permanently. And to integrate IPN into the payment system.. currently it is only with 2checkout. You don't have to do the whole script for me. It is more like a guide along Communication by MSN only.
