322331 FFMPEG image function

Looking for a developer who can write two simple PHP functions for me. I have FFMPEG installed on my server along with FFMPEG-PHP. - [login to view URL] Need a function to convert the first couple frames of video into an animated .gif. Example - video_animated(source,amount of frames, width, height, along with the option for video timestamp, output destination); Second function should just create a static image video_static(source,frame, width, height, along with the option for video timestamp, output destination); Would like complete in a few hours if possible.
