need a programmer to develop simple software,

hello i am making a site where people can post like a petiion online. 1. there is no registration anyone can sign in for the petition. 2. It will just ask simple things like. Name, Date of birth dropdown, country dropdown, a input to put a weblink of their (if they have one) and email once the person input this information it will automatically display on the Petition wall. Except their emails. it needs to be stored only for me to see if i want to send out emails or etc. The wall will prob show the latest 200-250 signatures till you have the option to go to the next pg. Also perhaps a search. the search will have the person name option and country option to look for. that pretty much sums it up. I have the simple design for this. a example of the wall will look like this We want food (example) Name DOB COUNTRY Find Me 5. 4. 3. 2. 1. the 1st one to sign the petition will be number one and be at the bottom of the list. next 2 will go above it. The wall will need to display the lastest post and the lastest petitioner # i need this bug free and able to handle thousands or more petitioners. thanks rob.
