Build T-Shirt design module in Magento Community Edition

I am looking for someone to develop a code module in PHP which can be integrated with Magento Community edition software 1.5.1. The module I need is like the T-Shirt design module in www.customink.com. However the module should be fully configurable where in I should be able to customise any products (not only T-shirts). I am ok if the feature needs to be opened in a new Window although I would prefer it to be within the same frame. If this can be developed as an extension to Magento with options in Admin module to do the configuration that will be a plus. I am looking for very aggressive timeline of 10-15 days from the post.
