Talented Designer Wanted For Redesign Of Brochure Panel

Hi, we are looking for a Talented Designer to redesign the main side of our a4 brochure. We have the brochure done but are looking for a new creative slant on this. At the moment, we feel that it is a little cluttered - Brochure must be done and delivered in photoshop with all layers available to modify - We want 3 totally different designs for the brochure side - All designs must be totally different to what we have done already - The current photoshop file will be delivered. 80% of the text must remain as is, but can be moved around as you see fit. It is the background and graphic elements that we are interested in and allow total creative freedom here for you to move any elements - We are looking for an EXTREMELY appealing front panel, ie the current green and black panel to the right. It must highlight the theme of haunted and historical tours, jump out of the shelf at the punter and make them want to lift it We will be looking for an ongoing realtionship with the right designer.
