design of a simple metal PCB and relevant stencil

Looking for an experienced PCB designer for a small project involving led grow lights. Looking for someone who can check the information and, in case, suggest proper corrections. He will design a PCB which has two separate circuits, the Far Red led circuit and the Photo Red led circuit: circuit one: - no. 4 Photo Red 660 nm led, Cree inc. part number XPGDPR-L1-0000-00G01 (4 led in serie, max current 1500 mA) - +/- wire connectors at both ends - +/- solder pads at both ends circuit two: - no. 2 Far Red 730 nm led, Cree inc. part number XPEBFR-L1-0000-00A01 (2 led in serie, max current 1000 mA) - +/- wire connectors at both ends - +/- solder pads at both ends the indicative schematic of the PCB is (see attachment) The design must include also the design of the stencil and relevant files. All the project must be designed and delivered in such a way that it must include all the files (PCB files and Stencil files), ready to be given to any PCB manufacturer for production. PCB size: 40x120 mm PCB type: Aluminium PCB, with Aluminium at the bottom Aluminium layer: 1 mm at least tracks: Wide current tracings, at proper distance from each other holes: 5 mounting holes (4 circular, 1 eliptical) Solder mask: White, only at the top side Silk screen: black Thermal cooling: As per manufacturer specification and instructions. If needed thermal vias to be included.
