We are in need of program that would process the supplied DOC files. The program should: 1. connect to MySQL on periodic basis, get matching records and filenames (ZIP). 2. Open archives (ZIP) and extract DOCs. 3. Open docs with MS Word, get file statistics (characters, pages, file-size, average font size) and insert those stats back to MySQL 4. Insert or replace existing Title/Disclaimer page at the beginning of doc file. 5. Change/add doc file properties from MySQL data. 6. Put the processed doc back to archive. Needs to work on local and FTP filesystem.
