Hello! I Wanted A Project to be Done As Follows and wanted your feedback on it: To Develop A Simple Demo Lending System With The Following Facilities, Borrower : A borrower can signup and login once logged in dashboard he has to Fill His Personal Details + Small Verification before he can fill applications , then he can fill a form out for loan application .After that he can see all his applications and their status and if application is approved he can update status such as money paid etc + can change his personal details when required. Lender : He also can signup + Login and once logged in fill details + Small Verification and then he can view all available loans and sort them and choose a loan to approve. Once approved and also should be updated and visible in borrower side...Also Can view all the loans he has approved and their status . And he can view balance left in his account that he can lend (Not Real Just A Number) Admin : Can view all lenders and borrowers and loans in the DB and can remove if flagged and can send mail to him/her. Also There Is No Real Cash Involved Anywhere all just Numbers . This is all We wanted and If you require an ER diagram or schema table we can provide. *Using SQL is a Must and can use any other NoSQL with the SQL also. Please let us know whether you can do this and how much it will cost etc.
