Commenting system

Develop a commenting sistem similar to disqus (only for one site, no multiple accounts, no backend needed) in order to comment diffrent articles on one site: - every comment block (all comments for an article) for an article is identifiey by an id - users can comment a article by logging in with: name and email (requires capchta), facebook connect, google (optional), Twitter (optional), Yahoo (optional), OpenID (optional). - user can rate article from 0 to 5 stars on 3 charachteristics. - Comments and ratings should be stored in an MySQL database - Javascript (or other solution) should be coded to include the comments blocks and make possible comments on any website (even on other domains) by referrig to the id of the comment block
