I need an app built for Android and ios that does simply the following. Installs from Android Playstore or iOs app store. Has no menu on the app. Simple calculates the signal strength and when it goes below a threshold value sends an email containing MSISDN and GPS location and date. (The code to calculate the signal strength is in the attached file). The app must has an icon supplied that will appear on the handset.
