We wish to develop a simple phone based application in both Android & iOS that will read prepaid phone topup cards - both numbers and QR / barcodes - combine that number with the necessary codes from the phone company (ie: *123*1234567890#) and finally "dial" that number. In essence replacing the need to type in the scratch card number. We know there are already some of these applications out there and a search of google play brings up a list of a few options !! We want our own.
