Hi there, I have read your app requirement but couldn't find attachment. I have already worked with BLE devices and Android app development. I have 4.5 years of experience with android app development. If you have information about the devices we are going to use please provide so I can make sure it is BLE 4.0 or standard Bluetooth. So, I can make sure how to communicate with which port or UUID required to communicate.
