Android apps with B4A (Visual Basic) -- 2

Using B4A tool of Anywhere Software company, I would like to create an APP in VB language. [login to view URL] The APP will have - a "welcome" page within some check (internet connection, lastest version in use, ...) - a graphical interface LIKE whatsapp (with 3 menus and details, see attachment, plus Preferences menu) - each details over each menu (like chat-list on WhatsApp) has a short picture (round like whatsapp or square, ...) and 3 or 4 rows of text - clicking on each "details" we'll have long text only (aligned) and one images on the center. Name of 3 menus will be retrived calling an external webservice. List of contents of each menu (named "details" above) will be retrived calling an external webservice (picture path and short text) Long/detailed text will be retrived calling an external webservice. Source code B4A is required, no compiled. General schema in attachment. No Java, C#, ... languages accepted.
