The basic outline of the app is, it should be a racing game with many levels. ( 5 for lite version and more for higer version) Developer can decide if the racing is motor sport or riding (something like horse riding). At the end of each level, space should be provided to insert some idea of mine, before unlocking the next level. Developer should have a good skill set and previous experience in creating iOS apps.
