I am a iOS developer with 6 years of experience and worked over 30+ apps till now , with an experience of developing similar app. I reviewed your requirements and seems like you need an app which motivates users to exercise. Please explain if app uses server database for workout of the day, or you want it to be hardcoded in app. Suggestion: A notification to user every morning for workout of day.
