Business to Consumer mobile app

I'm looking to create an IOS and Android app for my dry cleaning business. The app will enable the consumer to pick their services needed and type of clothing. (i.e. shirts, pants, pressed, drycleaned). After the consumer has selected the number of items and type of cleaning, they can pay securely with stored payment information and request a pickup utilizing their location services or manually enter an address. The app needs to determine if the pickup/delivery is within a certain distance of the dry cleaning facility. I would like to keep this very "simple" and ideally would go something like this. Open app, select item, quantity of item, type of cleaning, pickup date. Confirm order, prepay.
