Blackberry geolocation app

Hi, We have a database with the location of libraries in our community, we'd like to get an app build on the blackberry which will show us the nearest library and allow us to add/remove/edit (in the backend made in mysql, you should do it also) libraries. It should also have a search by text and a menu to drill down to the location. This is all defined in the db we'll give you. You'll need to upload to a mysql and make the php to search on the db from the blackberry. The app on the blackberry should work from 4.6 upward. Show me what you've done on blackberry on this front.
