We are in need full time specialist to handle incoming calls, customer requests, securing reservations and entering customer information. All candidates must have a flexible schedule and have the ability to work. All candidates must have 1+ years customer service experience , strong technical skills and the ability to work under pressure. Training provided on the Internet and via telephone. Please reply for more information. Responsibilities will include: • Answering all phone calls. Serves customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests and maintaining database. • Processing online orders. • Customer Management-Calling customers to check on supplies status • Quoting to customers • Various jobs from owners • USPS/UPS label creation and tracking info to customers • Estimate follow up • Monitoring customer service email account • Order management Qualifications: • Strong communication and organization skills • Detail oriented • Ability to effectively establish work priorities • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal skills is a must • Enthusiastic • Customer Focus • Data Entry Skills • Listening • Phone Skills • Excels at Building Relationships • Exceptional People Skills • Problem Solving • Independent, Self-Starter, but a team player! • Ability to Multi-task • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word • Marketing experience is a plus • Sales experience a plus • Min High School graduate
