I want a custom linux installer based on any live linux cd that uses gtk or kde to be distributed as an .iso file. The main goal is to install a ubuntu server compressed into a [login to view URL] file. After user boot up thru .iso file and start installer, the required steps are: 1. Create partions on first hard drive 2. Install grub on first hard drive 3. Untar [login to view URL] on first hard drive 4. Rewrite /etc/network/interfaces - adding every nic as auto and dhcp 5. Umount cd and reboot. After reboot, the system should be ready to use. It is much like a clonezilla cd, but with a live gui interface with a icon to start installation process and a icon to start some video about our product. It should have some progress info to the user. DELIVERED PRODUCTS 1. A usable .iso file 2. Source programs used to install 3. Documentation about how to generate .iso file 4. Documentation about how the installer works I would like to contract support for this installer - monthly or per hour
