All links must be indexable by googlebot, no rel="nofollow", [login to view URL] blocking, java links, jump scripts, framed pages etc. 14. Links must be on a page with a Google PR of 3/4, not just a PR3/4 site. 15. One link per domain, all from different class C IP ranges 16. Must be static links only. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. Only ethical work will be accepted. 17. Links must be from English websites only. 18.
