Project Promotion For Website

This is not a SEO task. It will not require SEO, keywords or anything like that. Our website is an outsourcing service that will help buyers and providers meet online, post jobs, find jobs and get projects done. We will need this website promoted using NON-SEO methods like: twitter, facebook, hi5, forum posting, commenting on websites, posting on digg and other similar websites. We don't have a set/fixed budget, we are flexible, so it all depends what you can do for us. We can pay for visitors per day or any other way you find good, as long as we get results (get visitors, users and projects). I'm setting the max budget for $250, but you can place higher bids than $250 if you think the service you provide it's worth the money. This will probably be an ongoing job - you will be promoting our website for at least 3 months. So if you're interested please place a bid and then pm me with what you can do for that money. Delivery time is not important.
