We are providing Marketing and Business Services for international/Domestic goods/service companies to assist them establish their business within the Territory(ies). We sponsor them to obtain visas for their personnels and staffs. We promote their products and push to their potential clients; or sell if deemed required by them. Assist in getting their own office but we offer our facility during startups. We negotiate and mediate in their behalf if deemed required and/or necessary. By now, you understood how our business run. One Philippine company, would like to promote and legally establish their brand and presence in Saudi Arabia and in Bahrain. Their company is in a real-estate activities. They wish to promote and sell their real properties in the Philippines within Saudi and Bahrain. What they need from us: 1. Facilitate Visas for their Sales staffs 2. Marketing Arm for them (but not selling - this is a separate contract) 3. Provide them office facility during startups but eventually SHOULD move to their own office, which they should cover the cost. 4. Exclusive contract to our company only. 5. Commissions in ALL sales incurred within the territory(ies) will overdrive to us 6. Retainer's fee should be paid to us The above is the summary. We already have drafted the contract previously by our previous lawyer, which the Philippine company has replaced to a new contract, which our previous lawyer has given her comments to change.
