532344 Simple Joomla to HTML conversion

I have a very basic 10 page site built in Joomla that I would like to convert to a basic HTML site. For the content and the updates I'm going to be doing, it would be easier to just to manually do maintain it than mess with the CMS and database. At a minimum, I need it someone to tweak/write the CSS so it matches the current CSS, and write one template html page that I can use to recreate all the existing pages. The CSS will only need one addition, a box to call data out of a CSV file and display on the page. If the space is set aside, I can configure that part myself if need be.
