Hello. I wrote similar bots for Jabber, IRC and Discord, one of them in node.js. Making a simple gateway between Telegram and Discord shouldn't be a problem. I can share the sources of the Jabber-IRC gateway I wrote several years ago. The bot will be easily configurable so you can offer it to other clients as you requested. Implementing it shouldn't take more than three workdays.

Good evening. I have done Telegram to Discord forwarder recently. Link is below. It uses Python and support text and media files. Hi I have experience with both Telegram API and Discord API and think I'm a great fit for this project. I get the gist of the project: simple relaying of messages (including all media) from Telegram to Discord. I have created something similar before, although that was from one Discord server to another. It would be developed using Node, and server configuration be very easy when you offer it to others.
