Need some consultation on use of Google Street view API (latest version) in 3D video in an offline mode. Offline means use on the PC system not physically connected to internet. Only local intranet is available. No loss of any features from online version. Also, need help with Infowindow to have 3 dimensional location in the street-view, so the location of the infowindow does not appear to be shifting from its intended location while navigating away. Please also identify any Google service fees involved. You will also help set it up on our system, so we can continue development. The development of final app with connected internet service is almost complete. This will need to be migrated on the disconnected local system. The budget is a placeholder only. Please quote your best price & time frame. No upfront. Only serious candidates, please.
