Ajax Star Rating - Very Simple

Hi guys, I need a very simple version of the ajax 5 star rater. There are many free but all of those are over and beyond what I need. What I want is something like this. Easy to load where I would put in a javascript code such as. starrating("ID", "CURRENT_RATING") and it would show the star rating based on the current rating (rounded up to nearest whole number). With the mouse over he gets the same effect so when the mouse is over the first star, only the first star is lit up and so forth. When he clicks to rate, it sends it to the PHP which will update mysql and then return a new CURRENT_RATING (you don't have to do the php part but do a fake return though for testing purposes). After PHP returns a new CURRENT_RATING it should just show the stars with no mouseover and no further options. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
