HTML Template Designs for our Adobe Businesscatalyst Website

We are currently revamping our company’s website to operate on the Adobe Businesscatalyst (BC) platform. At this stage we are interested in hiring a talented individual or company who can work with our conceptual designs for a new home page and at least 2 additional page templates. Some additional 'hover over' functionality required and our designs should provide a visual representation of what we are looking for. We will make the concepts available to those candidates deemed suitable for the task. Ideally, we would be keen to engage someone with experience using the Adobe Businesscatalyst platform although this is not a necessity - just the finished, CSS coded designs will be fine at this stage. We are a small Australian based Telephone Company competing with some of the largest companies in Australia so we are looking to make a real impact with our site as we move forward. This is why we are only interested in working with a highly skilled and competent designer with a keen eye for detail. We will have plenty of projects for you, so please expect a steady stream of work in the development of this and another site project beginning soon. Here is a basic list of requirements we are looking for: * Proficient in graphic designing with Photoshop and/or Illustrator. * Proficient in XHTML markup as well as using Dreamweaver. * Proficient design skills – hover overs, gradients, shiny buttons, drop down menus, etc. * Proficient in JavaScript, particularly jQuery and/or scriptaculous. * Must be able to create sliders, draggables, etc in the aforementioned JS libraries * Fluent in English, preferably as your native tongue Thank you
