Customize And Insert Video Ads Into JW Player

I have a website where I broadcast and publish online videos and I need googleima iad ads in it like we all see on youtube. My videos are hosted on Amazon S3 + Cloudfront and I am using a commercial licensed JW Player that enables ads and branding in video but can't seem to insert ad tags correctly to their designated places. This little project is yours if you are familiar with my situation and fully know your way in Wordpress, handy in scripts insertion, know your way with JW Player, Amazon S3 and can setup basic inventories, ad units DoubleClicks for publishers, stay around for a couple of days till I get OpenX ads tags and insert all ad tags into my JW Player and add custom logo into player as well. Please Note: You have to be able to do all of the above to be eligible for this project, I will accept nothing less and your advise about ad server will help determine your skill for this project.
