I would like to use tls or ssl security to have access to the database from remote locations. I would like to create a synchronized worklist that will show studies being dictated or read in real time.  I would also like to organize the cases by each client.  I would like to be able to use multiple AE titles to send in to the program and to be able to clearly organize each client.  I could use the smart filters.
