Java Webcam Control on Mac OS X

We have an existing Java application that controls webcam on Windows and Linux and we need it to control webcam on Mac. Please only bid on this job if you are 100% SURE that you know how to correctly code this. We will not pay for trial-and-error approaches. Note that due to our inability to be certain that the chosen freelancer actually knows how to do this, we cannot offer a milestone. You, the freelancer, must be able to prove that you can code this, and payment will not be made until we have tested it on our side to make sure it works.
