This system provides a user-friendly interface, satisfying the needs of the consumers. It also employs a new strategy that facilitates easy management of rental houses. There are three users in this system- Owner, Admin, and Customer. The owner is the user who owns the house and wants to give it for rent. The owner will upload all the details of the house, including the number of rooms, locality, and rent. Admin manages all the users of the system. Your description is abstract (kind of superficial). It's a big project in general, lot of assumptions have to be eliminated. There are many things involved - 1. Admin (can be more than one) 2. Admin views registration requests of clients/owners. 3. Owner/Clients can see each other. any many more. . . I have built several JavaFX projects before and I can say, this one will take significant amount of time in development. If you want it perfect and robust with nice UI. Otherwise a mediocre one can be developed quickly. You have to be very precise with your requirements, it's very complicated to modify it ones they project grows beyond a certain size.
