Basic Movie Maker Software (Stand Alone)

We are looking for ready source code for basic movie maker software, Its very clear that you must not bid if you are willing to develop it. Movie Maker SOftware Features: Our client do not like windows movie maker software because he is not familiar with it and doesn't find it user friendly. We want to give him a solution same like windows movie maker but in a very easy and simple way. It should be very very user friendly and easy to learn. Our client runs a small scale photo studio in local market, he would like to create the marriage albums using this software with special effects for each photo and each page. Modules: 1. Picture Album Creation This module must take bundle of photos as input and show the album layout so that user can place the photos onto it and give some effects(Not Transitions) so that the whole album can be designed and later it can be sent for printing. 2. Movie Creator: This module will take bundle of photos, videos, audios as input then user must be able to set different different durations for individual photo and video. Also he must be able to add background audio sound, at least 5 file formats should support like mp3, wav etc. etc. in this module user must be able to give some effects to the after complete editing should be able to save it in different supportive formats for computer and television. Budget is very specific to 300$, any bid beyond this budget will be neglected. Not Looking for Developers for this projects, looking for readymade project with source code.
