iPhone Scanner App

I have an existing Windows Mobile 7 Scanner Application, this app scans documents and enhances the image to proper, I need to port this to iphone, i understand you can not entirely take and port but you can take some content to port. This is an image processing apps, need ability to crop image, add text, email document and main thing upload to cloud storage, dropbox, skydrive api, you must do some screen redesign, i dont have designer.
