Directory Submission

I am looking for a coder that can help me submit my websites to lots of link directories. I wil give you the website address details which includes keywords I want to be rank for. I want this to be more than 5 (preferably between 10 and 20 keywords per site) but will like? to hear from you. I have ten websites I want to submit to TOTALLY FREE AND NON RECIPROCAL link directories. In other words, this does not involve paid or reciprocal directories. When bidding, please let me know: 1. Your fees 2. Number of directories and a break down of their? PR (very important to me) 3. What is the acceptance rate of the directories you will be submitting to. 4. What is the turn around time? 5. The time the project will be completed. Thanks P.S: ***Any required confirmation will be done by you please***.
