$'s per signup for social network

I am paying $1 per female sign-up to a new social network and can budget up to $5000. Your signups will be tracked with an affiliate code. You must achieve at least 200 signups to get $1 per signup (If you quit before recruiting 200 or more then you will be paid half. You must commit to recruiting at least 100 before getting paid anything). They should be 1. 18-33 years old 2. Any nationality, however, signups whose first language is not English will earn you $0.4 To police your work, a random selection of your signups will be offered money for a "fan sign". If I prove that any of your signups are not real you will not receive a cent for the project, therefore, if you use fake emails and images you are taking a HUGE risk as well as wasting both your time and mine. Basically, we will know if you cheat. We can provide psds of logos or other themes if you plan to use Facebook or adwords to find people.
