I'm looking for a progammer/designer who can make a 3d/3d effect spinning style wheel that will pull from a twitter hashtag, and a streamlabs live entry database, and create a new segment on the wheel for each entry. The entries will then need to be closed. It will then spin and select a winner at random, providing an animation displaying that winner on screen. Discard and respin option will be needed too.
