I am looking to hire a website developer who has experience with WordPress to add IDX (Internet Data Exchange) to my existing website. - The current website platform is WordPress. - I am also in need of additional plugins along with the IDX integration. - The timeline for this project is immediate, with a deadline of 1-2 weeks. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficient in WordPress development. Can implement display advertising onto IDX search return pages - Experience with IDX integration - Knowledge of additional plugins and their integration with WordPress - Ability to work within a tight timeline and deliver high-quality results. -Ability to include agent representative photo, and contact information Additionally we need to add the ability for rental property postings, business locations for lease. We will need to goecode and map display these properties. We will need a member sign up to post a rental or building lease. We will need property input and upload capability. We will need expiration and listing storage for future postings and take down- deletion of listing no longer under contract. Each property will need a first date of posting and a last date. Property Members will need to be able to cancel and take down the property anytime The site viewer should be able to perform a search, save it and receive an email when properties become available. We will need a CRM to manage the workflow, send saved search notifications, auto responders to actions such as member sign up, login password changes. This project can use open source solutions as long as we are not required to post or share our proprietary solutions incorporated into this project. The developer should have a knowledge of Banner advertising, the methods and a solution to incorporate a banner method to display advertising Please see the attached file.
