4 website images

I'm looking for 4 images to be created for use on a website somewhat dedicated to fictional (literary, tv, movie) characters. Though 4 separate and independent images, all 4 should have a similar look and feel - they should be part of a set or theme. They must work well together and should have a "drawn" feel as opposed to photos or realistic images. The 4 images will be : * 1 x logo (preferably with the initials MI somewhere in the image); * 2 x title/header images (approx size 1000px x 250px), one with the website title and one without (title to be provided) * 1 x background image. This must be 'tileable'. More specific details are in the detailed requirements section. When submitting your bid, please ensure that you include one of the following : * a link to work you've done that is similar to what I'm after; or * a basic drawing of what you think you'll do; * if you cannot include either of the two above, then a detailed outline on what you think you'll do ## Deliverables Words I associate with the theme of the images are "dream", "dreamland", "storybook", "fantasy", "romantic", "soft", "subtle". By romantic, I do not mean hearts or kisses, nor necessarily a red colour, but more the warmth and feelings the word conveys. Harsh and bold colours or contrasts will probably not work, though you are more than welcome to show me otherwise :). However, please indicate how you think these will work (prefer with actual examples) when you submit your bid. The colour and content is entirely up to the successful bidder - it can be whatever you imagine. However, acceptance of the final product will be based on meeting these points : * people or animals should NOT have a focus within the images (as background vague images they are fine). * they must "fit" together, how you do this is your choice. * photos or otherwise realistic looking images will not be accepted. * the background image must be tileable. * all images should be usable on any colour background, so that I may change the colour of the website background and not worry about the images e.g. transparency where appropriate.
