We are already growing exponentially and have many recurring foreign clients but we want to expand further. This project is like a affiliate program for mutual earning. Whosoever would work with us and brings a new clients to us, if our companies' contract starts then we would be happy to share 20% of contract's amount with that guy/girl. So, for example if the deal settled for 4000 US $ per month then we would love to share 800$/month with you excluding freelancer fees.
