Develop & Manage Govt.in - Gets 100,000+ type-ins per month

I am looking for development ideas/proposals for Govt.in. I am looking for someone to have a unique vision for how to best maximize the value of this unique asset. Ideally, the same person would both develop it and manage it so it should be an ongoing project. If something is required outside your expertize I would want to let you sub it out, but only work directly with you. The person I hire must be from India. [login to view URL] is a wildcard typo of gov.in. Thus, *.*.[login to view URL] gets all the typo traffic when someone ads the “t” when they are typing a government site directly into a browser. Right now the site gets over 100,000 unique visitors per month and makes about $1,000 on adsense. The site got banned from adsense due to lack of content and while I have added some crap content to the site I currently have it forwarding to Y-India.com.
